Todd Shealy: Broker and Realtor 

Todd is no stranger to “winning teams”. Early in his career, after graduating from the University of Florida, Todd was part of the Gator Athletic Staff. During that tenure, the program ranked in the top five teams nationally. Todd also spent time working in the NFL before pursuing his passion of Marketing and Sales. 

In 2001, Todd decided to bring his proven marketing, sales, negotiating and counseling skills to the Real Estate profession. In 2004 and 2005 he was nationally recognized by Prudential for winning the Chairman’s Circle Award which represents the top 1% in sales.

Todd’s passion to provide both buyers and sellers with a systematic team approach to their real estate transaction lead to him opening the doors of Focus Real Estate Group, Inc. in 2006. That approach has proven to be the success that continues to fuel and expand the company. In 2013, he expanded with agents into Jacksonville, St. Johns, and St. Augustine for coverage throughout North East/Central Florida. In 2017, he broadened the area to include Tallahassee and his home town of Perry, Fl (Taylor County). Beth Shealy: Realtor

With over 16 years’ experience of running a successful business, Beth has the ideal foundation for putting the right buyers and sellers together.

Early on her parents instilled the everlasting values of hard work and honesty that’s lead to relationships of TRUST.

While on a full ride softball scholarship to Seminole Community College, Beth discovered a passion of building a successful team, combined with trust, that makes for a home run!

Beth started her career in sales and marketing initial regionally and then nationally with Physician Sales and Service. She then served as President for Atlas Ice Machines and Food Service Equipment. Followed by Vice President of Business Development for STT Construction Group before launching into the financial arena with Wells Fargo as a Financial Advisor in Jacksonville, Florida.

In September of 2018, Beth followed her heart to help her husband, Todd, with his growing and expanding Real Estate Firm. Her vast experiences and passions inspired her to help others make one of their most important decision a reality.

Away from the office, Beth has a huge heart for missions and has traveled across the world to support those efforts. She also is an enthusiastic member of her communities. Beth and her husband reside in Keaton Beach and Gainesville, Florida. Together they have four adult children and love to travel, relax at the beach, and watch sports (Gators). Ben Phillips: Realtor  

Although raised in North Florida, Ben moved back to Gainesville (having previously lived here in the mid 90’s) and joined the Focus Real Estate Group team in 2006, after working six years as a Realtor® in the South Florida area.

While there, Ben was recognized as the Keyes Company Realtors “Rookie of the Year.” and later served as assistant manager for the Keyes Boynton Beach office, and as sales manager for the Coldwell Banker Boca Raton Central & Beach offices and their combined 300 agents.


After these successes with the “big box” firms, Ben chose to work with Focus Real Estate Group so he could continue to provide all the bells and whistles of the national brands— along with the personal service commonly associated and expected with smaller boutique firms. Ben specializes primarily in residential sales, campus housing and multi-family/investment properties as well as property management within Gainesville. 

As well as being a Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Ben most recently received his newest designation as a Military Relocation Professional. Over the years, Ben has served on the Realtor Image Committee and volunteered countless hours to Habitat for Humanity and “Student of the Week” recognition programs.


Earlier in life, Ben served as a member of the US Air Force for six years, with tours in Europe as well as the United State Air Force Academy, receiving two Air Force Commendation medals as well as numerous other achievement awards and recognition. In 2014, Ben was appointed to the Board of Directors for Alachua Habitat for Humanity. In this position, Ben has been able to leverage his real estate influence and experience to promote a renewed partnership with the local Realtor association and local business partners to raise money, resources and awareness of Habitat’s ongoing mission and the expansion of its New Home Builds, Critical Home Repairs, and Brush of Kindness programs.


Ben is married to his wife Kimberly and they share four incredible children in Zack, Brandon, Lauren, and Kiersten. Ben and his family are also active members of North Central Baptist Church in Gainesville.
